"And what am I wearing?" is a solidarity campaign devised by Omar malpartida, chef of Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel, to distribute until 600 Christmas Eve solidarity menus this Christmas in Ibiza.
To this campaign, which will bring a very special Christmas Eve dinner to the homes of those who need it with the help of Solidarity Carts Marco Martín, chefs from restaurants such as Lydia's SmokeHouse, Re art, La Cantina Canalla, Maymanta and Tokio Burger.
A beautiful initiative that has the support of the Ibiza Council and the Santa Eulalia City Council, in addition to that of different providers on the island.
"This has been an especially hard year for many people who have seen how the health crisis has caused the loss of their jobs, or reductions in their working hours, and in which they deserve that we cook for them and that they Let's help this Christmas Eve to remain magical", has summarized Omar malpartida.
And he has detailed how they plan to work: “For this we have set up a work chain in which our restaurant, Maymanta, will take care of the garnishes, consisting of a chaufa rice, an apple and pear puree and a potato gratin, Lydia's will give life to the meats, La Cantina Canalla with a seafood splash for starter, along with another appetizer devised by Tokio Burger, and where Re Art will take care of the dessert ".
Each part of the menu is prepared in the corresponding restaurant, and is unified in the Aguas de Ibiza kitchens on December 23 so that the volunteers of Marco Martín Solidarity Carts can collect them on December 24, 2020 and distribute them in each home.
Marco Martín, from Carritos Solidarios, will add to this collaboration the collection of new toys in specialized stores, which is already underway.
