For the third consecutive year, the Ibiza and Formentera Marine Forum, an event that seeks to be a space for debate and preparation of proposals about our sea, with the participation of great speakers.
The third edition of the Ibiza and Formentera Marine Forum is held on Thursday 7, Friday 8 and Friday October 15, 2021.
A total of 28 international and national experts will address issues such as blue economy, citizen science or European funds "Next Generation" in various lectures, presentations and panels.
Among other experts, the marine biologist, explorer and author participate Sylvia earle, Lea D'Auriol, founder of the Oceanic Global Foundation, Alba Carbonell, co-founder of O Plastic, Javier Rodriguez Pandozi placeholder image, project director of the Balearic Institute for Maritime Archeology Studies (IBEAM) or Ignasi ferrer, CEO of Seastainable Ventures.
The presentations and conferences are on October 7 and 8 and on October 15 a practical workshop is organized on “Next Generation” funds and how sustainability can be a great business opportunity.
The forum is held in the Cultural Center of Jesus, but it can also be followed in direct online.
It is an event open to the general public and with free entrance.
