Solidarity yoga classessounds great right? SOS Yoga Ibiza encourages you to feel good by helping others feel good too.
A beautiful initiative that has garnered great success in recent years, as it allows you to enjoy varied practices yoga with some of the the best professionals of the island, in a unbeatable location y lending a hand to those who need it most.
This weekend you can choose between three different classes. The Saturday 19 of March of 2022 the class will be taught at 10 o'clock on the platform wood installed next to Nassau Ibiza, in Playa d'en Bossa. It will be a session Hatha Yoga in Spanish in charge of Harriet.
El Sunday 20 March 2022 you have two different scenarios: on the same stage of Playa d'en Bossa there is a Ukraine Yoga Half Marathon From the 10 up to 14 hours. Four hours and four styles to help Ukrainian refugees.
On Sunday you can also sign up for a session of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga en Catalan with Laurel, this time To 10.30 en Santa Eulalia, at the mouth of the river (right on the esplanade behind Mariners Beach Club).
Classes are paid for voluntary contribution of each participant. A request is made minimum contribution of 5 euros.
Each class gives it a different yoga teacher or teacher. All collaborate altruistically and voluntarily. To find out which teacher teaches each week and to more information about the events they organize, follow their Facebook Fanpage.
