The City of San Antonio has issued precautionary measures to suspend the activity of Amnesia and Privilege Ibiza nightclubs
The San Antonio City Council has started two disciplinary proceedings against two of the most famous clubs on the island: Amnesia and Privilege Ibiza, both located in San Rafael and two of the most important and well-known clubs.
They order the adoption of precautionary measures for suspension of activity, and economic penalties of more than 55.000 euros for both locations. In both cases, the actions were initiated as a result of two inspections in clubs made last 22 September of 2018.
Regarding the infractions that have led to the adoption of these measures, in the case of Privilege it seems that it is due to irregularities related to fullfilment of security requirements: installation of partitioning elements in various exits, bad signaling of fire extinguishing equipment, works on the premises carried out without the relevant license ...
In the case of Amnesia, the irregularities refer to a significant modification of the unprocessed activity, as the extension of the area dedicated to terraces, toilets and bars without the relevant license.
