This year's edition is celebrated on 14 and 15 March of 2024, as always, in the Palace of Congresses of Ibiza in Santa Eulalia.

Instead, Friday, March 15, 2024 will be dedicated to the express-interviews, of no more than 3 minutes, so that you can establish a first contact and submit your resume. There are a hundred participating companies that offer more than 2.600 jobs.
The main novelty this year is that they will be companies that will rotate and not the job seekers, to try to encourage candidates to focus their efforts on the companies that interest them most and try to optimize time for both candidates and recruiters. Thus, there will be two shifts for companies, a of 9 to 12 hours and other of 12: 30 to 15: 30 hours. You as a candidate You can do interviews all morning.
Among the jobs offered, the majority are related to tourism (hotels, restaurants, car rental, etc.), there are also large distribution companies, retail sales, the health sector, care and work with people with disabilities. special needs, masseuses, port operations agents, lifeguard, social integrator, gardener, doctor, construction...
There will also be stands from the SOIB, Departament d'Orientació i Inserció Professional (DOIP), Europa Jove, Inserta, Armed Forces-Ministry of Defense, Civil Guard, National Police and Local Police.
