El Ibiza Town Hall organizes a new appointment of its civic revitalization program "Feim Barri". On this occasion, the appointment is not limited to one or two days, but it offers us the opportunity to do a lot of sports and healthy activities throughout the quarter.
“Feim Barri, Feim Esport” It proposes you to embrace a healthier lifestyle by doing a lot of sports activities for all ages. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from the 12 from March to the 30 from May of 2019.
Running on Tuesdays
Every Tuesday until the end of May you can enjoy a session of 1 hour with which you can start running. The classes will be Progressive, so do not fear, that you will not have running 1 hour from the first day or much less. You start walking and the group practice is perfected, attending to all levels of physical preparation.

Fitness on Thursdays
Every Thursday there will also be Fitness sessions that will gradually increase the difficulty, under the supervision of a specialized technician. If you already train on a regular basis, you can also continue to improve with the help of the specialized staff that puts the Ibiza Town Council at your disposal.

Body & Mind on Saturdays
In addition, every Saturday under the title “Body & Mind” a different activity will take place each week. These are more holistic activities that seek the well-being of body and mind, such as yoga, pilates, etc.
