The workshop is celebrated on Saturday 20 of January of 2018 From the 10 up to 13 hours en Buscastell. In these three hours we will explain what is meditation and mindfulness, we will talk about the importance of cultural integration and we will show how meditative practice can help us to be happier. In the workshop there will be a kind of Buddhist meditation, following the teachings of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
