Night of the Moon at the Puig des Molins observatory

The Astronomical Association of Ibiza invites you to contemplate the moon, Jupiter and Saturn this December 12, 2021

La Ibiza Astronomical Association organizes International Celebration of the Night of the Moon.

The event will take place this Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the Puig des Molins Observatory (OPM) from 18.30 hours.

During the appointment, and as long as the clouds allow, you can observe Jupiter, Saturn and the moon. On this occasion, no need to make an appointment.

First thing in the morning you will try to contemplate the planets through the telescope, before they lose height.

After that, it will be the turn of the moon, which is in the crescent phase.

The activity was scheduled for October 16, but was postponed to November 13, a day that could not be held either due to the bad weather conditions that occurred both days.

This is the third attempt by the Astronomical Association of Ibiza, which does not give up in its endeavor that we enjoy one of the greatest wonders of this planet: the moon.
