Established as a fixed date in recent years both for lovers of outdoor exercise and the practice of yoga, solidarity yoga sessions organized by SOS Yoga Ibiza multiply their proposals so that you really have no excuse not to participate.
In addition to solidarity yoga classes on weekends in Playa d'en Bossa, now the center Open Shala Ibiza in San Rafael, it offers you the opportunity to enjoy fantastic outdoor yoga sessions in the middle of nature in an environment full of peace and beauty, always aiming to raise funds with what to help refugees of the war in Syria.
The appointment is Every tuesday de 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Every week there is a different yoga instructor, so that the sessions are dynamic, varied and stimulating. All of them collaborate altruistically, putting your grain of sand to make this world a better place. Classes are paid for voluntary contribution (whatever you consider fair) of each participant, all proceeds are donated to benefit SOS Refugees Ibiza, a local non-profit NGO that helps refugees in Greek camps by sending humanitarian material and financial contributions, as well as the national marine rescue NGO Open Arms.
