The Ibiza C19 youth creation center hosts a new edition of the free film workshop "Corto y Cambio de Rol", for young people between 14 and 18 years old
The City Council of Ibiza through its Department of Equality, participates in a new edition of "Short and Role Change". It is a program that seeks raise awareness and fight against male violence among young people. The key is that it does so using tools as interpretation and audiovisual language.
It is a free activity designed for boys and girls between 14 and 18 years, which is done in the C19, Ibiza Young Creation Center, and that lasts for 6 months.
The film workshop “Corto y Cambio de Rol” takes place every Tuesday from 17: 30 to 19: 30 hours. Start the 29 October 2019 and it goes on until May of 2020.
Participants will have to develop all the stages of making a short, from the writing of the story to the interpretation, recording and final edition. Throughout the different phases, young people will reflect on issues such as gender roles, stereotypes, sexuality, emotional relationships, gender identity or sexist violence.

It is organized thanks to the funding of the Ministry of Presidency, Culture and Equality of the Balearic Government, through the Balearic Institut of the Donut and the Ministry of Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Equality, through the State Pact Against Violence of Gender.
