In addition to the usual sessions on weekends, SOS Yoga Ibiza organizes yoga sessions every Wednesday at 10am in Playa d'en Bossa
After several years maintaining this commendable initiative of solidarity with regular yoga sessions every Saturday and Sunday morning in Playa d'en Bossa, SOS Yoga Ibiza has opened several new groups so that you really have no excuse to develop your practice, improve your physical and mental well-being and, at the same time, help make this world a little better.
Addition Tuesday classes at Open Shala in San Rafael, you have another opportunity during the week to practice yoga, Every Wednesday from 10 to 11: 30 hours yoga sessions are taught in the wooden platform located at end of Playa d'en Bossa, near Nassau Beach Club and Tanit Ibiza.
These sessions of 90 minutes of duration are taught, like the rest of those organized by SOS Yoga Ibiza, every week by different teachers, even some arrived from India or other places. Sessions are rewarded through voluntary donation, which will be used to support the important work that is done SOS Refugees Ibiza, an Ibizan NGO that sends medical and humanitarian material to refugees from the war in Syria, as well as the national rescue NGO Open Arms.
