La Colla de Balansat gives you the opportunity to create Ibizan hats and baskets, to learn to dance peasants or to sound the flute and the drum in Ibiza
La Colla de Balansat, San Juan, will continue with its interesting workshops until May of 2018. In his eagerness for maintain and promote popular culture from 1965, the colla program three activities 100% ibicencas so that you know some of the most deeply rooted traditions of Ibiza.
The Saturdays at 19.30 you can attend classes of Ball Pagès and castanets in the municipal sports center of San Miguel.
The Wednesday from 17 to 19 hours the artisan Maria Torres will teach you to elaborate typical Ibizan hats and clothes in the municipal premises of San Miguel, while the Friday from 16 to 19 hours the teacher Joan Marí will instruct you in the art of baskets
Finally, on Thursdays from 20.30 to 21.30 Vicent Cardona will offer flute and drum classes.
