The Municipal Library of Ibiza launches an exhibition of collaborative models with users until the 30 of April 2018
La Ibiza Town Library sets up a exhibition of collaborative models and books with the users of the same, in which he launches the proposal that they bring some model that they have mounted to expose it accompanied by a related book.
At the moment, the exhibition consists of nine models that have been paired to a story, novel or guide related to the models. The objective of the exhibition is to generate a link and involvement by users with the Library, beyond the use of the usual services.
The models and works that make up the exhibition are the following:
-The Tower Bridge with a London guide.
-Buckingham Palace with the detective novel "A Crime at Buckingham Palace" by Anne Perry.
-The Christ the Redeemer with “Brasil. Country of the future ”by Stefan Zweig.
-The Titanic ship with the book "The Titanic: an illustrated history."
-The Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela with "The Lost Angel" by Javier Serra.
-The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore with Dan Brown's work "Inferno".
-Notre Dame Cathedral with the story "The Hunchback of Notredame"
-The SU-35 warplane with the DVD “Black Hawk shot down”.
-The Taj Mahal of India with the historical novel "Taj" by Andrés Pascual.
The sample can be visited from Monday to Thursday from 8 to 20: 30 hours, Friday from 8 to 20 hours and Saturdays from 10 to 13: 30 hours, until the next April 30th 2018.
