The 7th edition of the Ibiza IFF film festival kicks off with Ibiza Shorts, three days of short film screenings at Can Jeroni from 31 from May to 2 from June 2018
La 7ª edition of the Ibiza IFF, the Ibiza International Film Festival that after a few years of break it was held again last year, starts with the section Ibiza Shorts, three days of screenings of short films from around the world.
The appointment takes place from Thursday 31 from May to Saturday 2 from June from 2018 in the cultural center of Can Jeroni in San José during opening hours 20 to 23 hours. The entrance is Delivery to Italy takes one or two business days until full capacity.
Throughout these three days the spectators will be able to enjoy 15 international titles in competition, in addition to a specific section for small format cinema of the islands with "Baleàric Spirit". The films can also be viewed out of competition "The dream of Ibiza" (2002) by Igor Fioravanti or "The Queen of the Desert" (2017) by Werner Herzog, starring Nicole Kidman and James Franco, as well as shorts "Sushi" (2018), by Roberto Martín, and "Puppy" (2016), by Jesús Rivera.
The jury will consist of Antonio Pérez Pérez, founder of Maestranza Films, Sara de la Fuente, founder of the Mammut production company and the American producer Jonathan Debin.
We are telling you that the festival this year will be divided into several periods of projections. After this first, 10 to 12 June 2018 It will be held "Ibiza Docs", where several documentaries will be shown. In July of 2018 is celebrated on Ibiza IFF and closing and "Ibiza Film Labs" will take place in October of 2018.
