Ink Universe, the works of Melisa Ramet in the Old Town Hall of Ibiza
The Refectory of the Old Town Hall of Ibiza hosts "Ink Universe" exhibition by Melisa Ramet that you can visit from 8 from June to 29 from July 2018
The Argentine visual artist Melisa Ramet presents the exhibition "Ink Universe", a selection of works that show some of his most recent works and that can be visited in the Refectory of the Old Town Hall of Ibiza.
It is about thirty works characterized by the luminosity and the movement of color. Starting from nature and its forms and textures towards an anthropological investigation of ancestral roots and the study of water flows, Ramet uses stains and lines as a reflection of a state of mind that exalts the concept of emptiness through light and color.
Melisa Ramet (Argentina, 1983) is a multidisciplinary artist based on the island from 2008 and to make her works she uses diverse techniques, such as drawing, painting, collage, photography, films, installations and even performances, like those made in Ibiza within the project "Body-Land-Art" (2014-2017). She is also co-creator of the Creative Festival for Women "Tanit Dreams". Currently preparing various exhibitions in Spain, United Kingdom and Argentina.
"Ink Universe" opens on June 8 friday from 2018 to 19: 30 hours in the Refectory Hall of the Old City Hall of Ibiza, and you can visit it until 29 de julio de 2018 in time 9 to 15 hours.
