"Mediterranean Triad: Bread, oil and wine in ancient Ibiza" is a new cultural and gastronomic activity with which you can enjoy the heritage of our island with these three important gastronomic products, essential in the Mediterranean diet, as protagonists.
A whole trip back in time to Phoenician times where you can feel the smells and flavors of other times in this original and attractive proposal that combines informative talks and product tasting ancestral, from the hand of producers and local experts.
Tastings and talks take place outdoor and in a privileged environment, the Puig des Molin necropoliss.
In each session, a expert of each product (journalist, historian or archaeologist) will make a presentation about the history of bread, oil or wine, and then small stands of each local production company will offer a tasting of your products.
The sessions that have been organized this year are the Friday 2, 9 and 16 July 2023.
