The culture room of Can Jeroni, in San José, presents the exhibition "Julia Fragua, a decade of painting and collage", a retrospective exhibition of this artist from Avila based in Ibiza curated by Nuria del Rio.
Julia Forge is a painter and textile artist passionate in the study of the light, which is inspired by white Ibizan landscapes and other Mediterranean themes, such as the sea or everyday scenes. His technique is very characteristic, as he uses fabrics, threads and papers that he combines with his oil and acrylic paints to create works of figurative abstraction of subtle elegance.
The exhibition opens on Friday 18 of June 2021 at 20 hours and can be visited until the 18 of July 2021.
The opening hours of the room are Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. and also opens in the afternoons Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 18:30 p.m. to 21 p.m..
