On Saturday January 23, the Can Ventosa Cultural Space hosts the commemorative concert of the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Ibiza Town Symphonic Band.
La Symphonic Band Ibiza Town celebrates its first quarter of a century and to celebrate it nothing better than to do it with music: this Saturday 23 of January to the 19h the cultural space Can Ventosa dresses up to host a commemorative concert that traces the path of a pioneer band on the island.
Under the orders of its director, Adolfo Villalonga, the symphonic band will offer an exciting, varied and exquisite repertoire, especially suitable for lovers of symphonic music.
The City of Ibiza Symphony Band is made up of some 70-80 musicians and teachers resident on the island of Ibiza and has performed in all the towns of the Pitiusas Islands and in several of the Balearic Islands.
In the city of Ibiza, it offers fifteen concerts per year, among which the New Year's Concert, the Holy Week Concert and the Concert of the Day of the Terra that takes place on the 6th of August on the occasion of the Patron Saint Festivities.
