The Escriviure literary cycle returns to the Santa Eulalia Municipal Library one more autumn, on Fridays 18 and 25 in October and 8 in November 2019
Escriviure It is an interesting cycle of literature that organizes each fall the city hall of Santa Eulalia in collaboration with Associació d'Escriptors en Llengua Catalana.
La Edition 11 of this exciting cycle coordinated by the writer Nora Albert, literary pseudonym of Helena Alvarado analyze the literature under the optics of feminism.
There are organized three sessions:
El Friday 18 2019 October Joan-Albert Ribas He will talk about women's education through textbooks and reading books designed for them (from the 19th century to 1930).
El Friday 25 2019 October the writer Nora Albert talk about the pioneers of feminist literature, authors like George Sand (pseudonym of Amantine Aurore Lucile Dupin de Dudevant), Virginia Woolf, Simone de Beauvoir and Adrienne Rich.
Finally, the Friday 8 November 2019 Lluïsa Julià offers a conference on literature and feminism in Catalan, speaking of Maria Aurèlia Campmany, Montserrat Roig and Maria Mercè Marçal.
All sessions are Friday at 20: 30 hours in the Municipal Library of Santa Eulalia.
