Sa Nostra Sala Ibiza presents “Ara Fa 50 Anys” (“50 years ago”), an exhibition about Ibiza's recent past, from December 19, 2019 to February 7, 2020
El Consell de Ibiza proposes you to look back to review the recent history of Ibiza with an interesting exhibition entitled “Ara Fa 50 Anys” (“50 years ago”), what can you visit at Sa Nostra Room.
In this joint cultural project of the Archive of Ibiza and the UOM, through which the students of the University of the elderly have contributed local, family and personal images and stories, making a compilation of the recent history of Ibiza.
It is therefore a show full of feeling, which confirms the important economic and sociological changes experienced on the island in the last 50 years.
The exhibition is organized around three main themes: families and straits of Ibiza, traditional businesses and trades and events, leisure, sports, culture and education.
The exhibition opens on December 19 Thursday of 2019 at 20 hours.
You can visit it from Monday to Friday from 11 to 14 hours and 17 to 20: 30 hours until the next Friday 7 of February of 2020.
