The sophisticated Ocean Drive Ibiza in Marina Botafoch, Ibiza, has prepared some succulent Special New Year's Eve menus so that you can experience an unforgettable end of the year 2023.
To celebrate this important date, they propose four different menus, each more appetizing, including a opción vegetarian, with dishes like panko oyster mushroom, zucchini carpaccio, seitan bao and creamy risotto, and a special menu for children, with delicacies that you will love such as homemade croquettes, tempura squid, cordon blue with fries and chocolate brownie.
The other two have one with sirloin and another with lamb as main dishes. Among its delicacies are dishes such as warm scallop salad, shrimp carpaccio, hamachi tiradito, cheek bao and a chocolate coulant for dessert.
