One of the most delicious dates returns with the spring edition of the Gastronomic Days Ibiza Sabor 2021, organized by the Consell de Ibiza and Pimeef.
A great occasion to savor exquisite menus based on the local seasonal products from the island, with special prominence on this occasion for the octopus, lamb red potato and crayfish, made by 21 restaurants across the island.
The conference is held from 24 from May to 24 from June of 2021.
During those dates, you can come to taste these special menus by 25 euros (without drink included) appetizer input with peasant bread or pan de xeixa with olive oil IGP Eivissa and a herbal shot to top off the meal. In addition, each restaurant will propose a wine from the Land of Ibiza to pair.
The sessions are complemented with interesting gastro-events as a vegetable fermentation workshop given by David Reartes, another of mead making, a day about the olive oil with Protected Geographical Indication of Ibiza by chef Carles Tejedor or Guided visits to the Trull of Ca n'Andreu in San Carlos or to Fishermen.
