Air: Cloud of foie gras and wild strawberries. If they do not take meat (foie) it will be goat cheese.
Water: Fish bowl with snapper aguachile, scallops and shrimp. If they do not take fish it will be vegetable aguachile.
Earth: Our pot: Blood orange sorbet and chocolate earth.
Fire: Smoked Wagyu entrée with braised vegetables. If they do not take meat it will be of sea bass and if they do not take meat or fish it will be seasonal braised vegetables.
The fifth element: chocolate core filled with crunchy biscuit, creamy chocolate, ice cream and sweet liqueur jelly.
