First edition of the Ibiza Slow Burger contest

Twenty restaurants in the city of Ibiza participate in the first edition of the Ibiza Slow Burger contest, until November 30, 2022

twenty restaurants of all the City of Ibiza participate in the first edition of Ibiza Slow Burger, a contest organized by the Ibiza Town Hall with the collaboration of PIMEEF and Fomento de Turismo that will allow us to taste an enormous variety of proposals from the restaurants and chefs of the municipality on this popular and delicious dish.

Participating restaurants are: CBbC Ebusus Restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe Ibiza, La Cava, Locals Only, Crazy Taco, Lydia's Smokehouse, Mikasa Restaurant, reart, Jara Restaurant (The Standard Ibiza), The Booo, Va Bene, Dilo, Elocogic, Ficus, 180 Grados Slow Burger Gastrobar, Lotsabage, Simbiosis, Oli Port, Oli Beach and PIGRO.

The establishments offer their delicious hamburger proposals in two formats, at the establishment's choice: A mini burger with a maximum price of 8 euros or a Assessment for a maximum price of 20 euros, having a Drink included in all cases.

There will also be vegan, fish burgers and other options culinary, always with the local product as the protagonist.

Un jury formed by Pedro Matutes, president of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy of Ibiza, Óscar Molina, chef of La Gaia, María José Amengual from the blog 'Direct to the palate', Ruth Alexandre, director of 'Gastroguru' and Jesús Trujillo, CEO & Founder of Facefoodmag, will decide the winning recipe, also taking into account the popular vote, which you can give through the Ibiza Town Hall website: www.eivissa.es.

The winning venue will be able to participate in the Madrid Fusión gastronomic fair and will receive a traditional Ibizan knife made by the craftsman Juan Bonet.
