Heart Ibiza, the unique restaurant, club and avant-garde artistic space created by Guy Laliberté and brothers Ferran and Albert Adrià, celebrated 9 on Tuesday of 2019 a great event for its 5º Anniversary.
The appointment started from the 13 hours and with a Roundtable which was attended by many media, sponsors, partners, sponsors, friends and family. It involved, of course, the creator of the Cirque du Soleil Guy Laliberté and the outstanding chefs Ferran and Albert Adriá, Together with José Corraliza, CEO of Heart and who served as moderator.
They all reviewed the difficult beginnings of this visionary project and how, five years later, Heart has become a authentic reference and one of the most special and magical places of Ibiza. In the words of his own Albert Adrià: "Heart Ibiza is a unique experience in the world since it is not just a place you go to dine, but a magical place where we have taken another step, merging gastronomy, art and show".
At night, those attending the Special evening of celebration of the 5º Anniversary of Heart Ibiza were received by a golden carpet and they could enjoy a specially designed menu for the occasion by Albert Adrià. In him, the famous ones did not lack spherical olives from El Bulli, along with other succulent proposals such as cassava rocks, makis cause of crayfish and quail eggs or high back of waygu al Josper.
The surprising spectacle of Cirque du Soleil in its Royal version designed by José Corraliza and also designed especially for the appointment entertained the exquisite dinner. And touching the 1h came the final culmination, a great party organized musically by Guy Laliberté himself, with performances by Laurence Matte, that warmed the atmosphere, followed by the own Guy Laliberté and culminating with the Dj Isaiah Martin.
A great anniversary event full, how could it be otherwise, of lots of magic, excitement and fun.
