The days of Gastronomic Heritage, an event organized by the Ibiza Town Hall, the Ibiza Council, Pimeef and Sabors de Ibiza, which this year celebrates its 10ª edition.
As usual, the idea is to offer you a series of High quality menus at an exceptional price, all of them inspired by the culinary culture of cities and countries declared Heritage by UNESCO.
2023 Gastronomic Heritage is celebrated from February 9 to Sunday March 31, 2023.
The following restaurants participate in this edition (in brackets the place that inspires its thematic menu): Lydia's SmokeHouse Downtown (USA), Ebusus CBbC Restaurant (Grenade), cool (Mexico), Districte Hyperbole (Romania), Ca n'Alfredo (Ibiza), Sa Nansa (Ibiza), Can Moreta (Ibiza), Gran Vía (Ibiza), Mar&Co (Venice) and Mira Ibiza (Mediterranean Coast) and Sa Vida (Peru).
The menus have a fixed price of 24 euros (drinks not included).
Parallel activities
In addition, interesting cooking workshops for professionals and the general public during the months of February and March of 2023, taught by the cook Marga Orell. They are priced at 20 euros.
-February 16, 2023: Japanese cooking workshop
-February 24, 2023: Vegetarian Asian cooking course
-March 4, 2023: Arabic cooking workshop
-March 17, 2023: Italian cooking workshop
-March 25, 2023: Cooking workshop of healthy and gluten-free dishes from the world
-March 31: Balearic mass workshop, with xeixa flour, vegetable cocas, 'cocarrois' and empanadas.
