The 9th edition of Gastronomic Heritage brings you excellent themed menus from January 17 to March 29, 2020 in 11 restaurants in Ibiza town
The City Council of Ibiza, the Consell de Ibiza, Pimeef and Sabors Ibiza organize the ninth edition of the irresistible event Equity shares Gastronomic. Some days that offer you a series of High quality menus at an exceptional price, all of them inspired by the gastronomy of cities and countries declared Heritage by UNESCO.
2020 Gastronomic Heritage is celebrated from Friday, January 17 to Sunday, March 29, 2020.
The following restaurants participate in this edition (in brackets the place that inspires its thematic menu): Casa Maca (Peru), El Hotel Pacha (Mexico DF), La Cava (Israel), IT Ibiza (Ibiza), Ca n'Alfredo (Ibiza), Ebusus CBbC Restaurant (Cordova), Sa Nansa (Ibiza), Can Moreta (Majorca), Bamboo Viet Food (Vietnam), It's Mercat (Ibiza) and Restaurant Pitiuso Hotel THB Los Molinos (Ibiza).
The menus cost have a closed price of 20 euros (drinks not included).
In addition, they are also organized cooking workshops for professionals and the general public during the months of February and March of 2020.
-The February 8, 2020 Marina Ribas offers a workshop on native superfoods.
-The February 22 Marga Orell offers a workshop on developing a Carnival family menu for parents and children with festive dishes.
-The March 7, 2020 Marina Ribas offers a workshop on healthy zero kilometer menu.
-The February 21, 2020 Marga Orell offers a workshop on traditional Easter dishes.
The workshops cost 10 euros per student, and in the family workshop on February 22, children can attend for free.
