Like every year, it is time to enjoy the best flavors of the island with the Gastronomic Days of Autumn Ibiza Flavors 2022, an event organized by the Consell de Ibiza and Pimeef to let us know what best of Ibizan gastronomy and highlight the local products from km 0, gastronomic tradition Ibiza and the brands of the island.
As always, organize Special menus in various restaurants on the island and, in addition, a series of interesting gastronomic events and workshops to let us know the products and producers of Ibiza.
The Ibiza Flavors Gastronomic Days of Autumn 2022 are starring four Ibizan seasonal products: the red mullet, pork, sobrassada and carob.
The Menus, which must include at least one dish based on one of the products mentioned, cost $25 And include Ibiza oil bread aperitif. They can be accompanied with island wine for an extra price.

Gastroevents Ibiza Flavors 2022
-IGP Ibiza wine pairing tasting in Ibizkus Wineries: October 8, 2022, from 12 to 13 hours. Guided visit to Ibizkus Wineries, with IGP Eivissa/Ibiza wine tasting and pairing.
-Guided visit to Aniseta, maker of Ibizan herbs: October 15, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Demonstration of the process of making Ibizan herbs accompanied by a tasting.
-Visit the hives in the Rafal Trobat: October 22, 2022 at 8:15 a.m. and return by bus at 12 p.m. Guided visit to the beekeeping dissemination center and the Ibiza bee ecotype recovery project. The Association of Vesins del Rafal Trobat collaborates.
-Tasting of IGP olive oil from Ibiza with xeixa wheat bread: October 29, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. In the restaurant Es Ventall, with chef Jose Miguel Bonet and producers of the IGP Oli d ́ Eivissa, there will be a presentation and tasting of oil from the IGP Oli d ́ Eivissa, with xeixa wheat and carob bread.
-Showcooking: preparation of 'ossos amb col' at the Salt Fair: October 30, 2022 from 12 noon to 13 pm in Plaça de Sant Jordi, with chef Marga Orell, traditional preparation of the dish and an innovative version.
-Sobrassada elaboration workshop: November 5, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. At the Carns&Coop butcher shop at Mercat Noul.
