Come the Gastronomic Days of Autumn Ibiza Flavors 2021, an already classic culinary event organized by the Consell de Ibiza and Pimeef to introduce you to the best of Ibizan gastronomy at a very affordable price.
As always, the protagonists are the local products from km 0, gastronomic tradition Ibiza and the brands of the island. This time the accent is placed on products such as peasant chicken, ray, pumpkin and carob.
More than 20 restaurants participate on this occasion, elaborating Special menus which must include at least one main dish based on one of the emblematic local seasonal products mentioned, in addition to having wines, oils and spirits with PGI designation Of Ibiza.
Menus cost 25 euros And include Ibiza oil bread appetizer. You can accompany it with island wine for an extra price.

-Panellets theater workshop with Ibiza almonds in Can Jeroni el Friday 8 2021 October at 17:30 p.m., with Chef Pipa. For associations of children with special needs.
-EVOO tasting (extra virgin olive oil) at the Can Rich el Saturday October 16 at 10 am, with chef Daniel García Peinado. For general public.
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil Workshop-EVOO, taught by chef Daniel Garcia Peinado, the Monday 18 of October 2021 from 9 a.m. to 13 p.m. Only for Professionals of the Horeca sector.
-Pan de xeixa workshop at the Reart Restaurant on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, from 10 am to 13 pm, given by Maryam Roselló, from Es Brot.
-Carob syrup workshop at Frutos Secos Ibiza the Saturday 27 2021 November to 10 hours.
