An exquisite appointment that will feature presence 6 Michelin stars, including Ángel León, Jesús Sánchez and Marca Coll, who will sponsor the exhibition of traditional dishes in charge of eight Ibizan chefs.
As it is deduced from its title, the event will give a special prominence to world of the sea, to the Posidonia, a World Heritage Site, with a lecture de Xavier More, biologist, professor and researcher.
