After its success in the main capitals of the world, comes to Ibiza the award-winning contemporary Japanese cuisine de Zuma, the iconic restaurant that perfectly reflects the concept Izakaya (classic Japanese bar), and which opens an irresistible pop-up this summer 2022 in the terrace of Ibiza Gran Hotel.
The pop-up restaurant will have an atmosphere inspired by the elements of the earth, fire, air and water, With the sushi bar and open kitchen located in the center of the space, and some impressive views of the sea, the port and Dalt Vila as a backdrop.
Among the delicacies made with ingredients of the highest quality that Zuma will offer there are dishes such as the spicy beef tenderloin with sesame; black cod marinated in miso; tiger prawns with yuzu; or the grilled sea bass with roasted tomato and ginger. The deluxe hotel hosts Zuma's delicacies from Friday 1 2022 July and until the end of the season.
Zuma was born in London in 2002 by the hand of rainer becker, in love with Japan after spending six years there as executive chef and has establishments in cities such as New York, Dubai, Rome, Miami, Mykonos and Madrid.
