On Sunday May 10 the prestigious and award-winning chef Paco Roncero inaugurated the new 2015 season of his restaurant Pure state, located in the complex of Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, in Playa d'en Bossa, with a cocktail presentation on the terrace, which was not without the media and some of the most important personalities of the island.
Paco Roncero, who appeared with his arm in a sling due to a bicycle accident suffered three days earlier in Madrid, delegated the cooking show scheduled for the appointment on his second on board, which he prepared two innovative cocktails in the presence of the guests.
Next and after sympathetic to your team and your concept of revision of the traditional cuisine and the tapa to conquer the most gourmet palates offering a unique and avant-garde gastronomic experience, Estado Puro offered a tasting of some of the most exquisite dishes of its menu, such as cod charcoal, the tortilla (deconstructed) of the XXI century or a ceviche with guacamole. All this, with an incredible atmosphere full of beautiful people and with some live performance.
Pure state It is open to the public every day, from 19 to 2 hours, offering dishes as delicious as the oxtail croquette, the crispy scallops and kimchi salad, the honeyed rice of Iberian prey, the lamb shoulder roasted at low temperature with vegetable couscous, the tuna with lemon puree and vinaigrette of sesame or rock fish suquet and red prawns.
