7Pines Resort Ibiza organize a very special evening in The View, its star restaurant located over the cliffs between Cala Comte and Cala Codolar, with stunning sunset views over the sea background.
It is a special dinner with pairing to celebrate the arrival of autumn on the island, which organizes in collaboration with the Ibizkus Winery el Friday 8 of October of 2021.
Dinner will feature a menu with specially designed pairing for the occasion by Andres Fernandez, executive chef of the resort, and the sommelier of the house, Simone lellini.
The menu features five courses, with the possibility of a vegetarian option, with a glass of champagne to whet your appetite. The dishes that you can taste are Japanese wagyu Gunma A5 with foie gras, black truffle and mushrooms, as first; Palamós red prawn with caviar, seaweed and cucumber, second; Mullet with Sardinian fregola, basil and tomato, third; French pigeon with beluga lentils, hazelnut and celeriac, for main course; and for dessert, Mango with peanut, green shiso and passion fruit accompanied by Pétillant Punch cocktail and an assortment of small fours.
The pairing will be done with Ibizkus Totem, the highest-end wines from the Ibizan winery, single-plot monovarietals 100% Monastrell and Malvasía from free-standing vines between 80 and 100 years old and of very limited production, between 600 and 1.200 bottles. Red Totem, White Totem and Pink Totem They are a magnificent example of the Wines of the Land of Ibiza and the perfect accompaniment to this exquisite menu.
