Sublimotion, The first food show of the world, returns to Ibiza after his successful passage through Dubai at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira hotel.
The innovative restaurant created by the chef Paco Roncero and creative director Eduardo Gonzales opens its doors again from Wednesday 1 2022 June and with a totally renewed experience.
And it is that, as stated by the Eduardo Gonzales, "The demands of our public always force us to take risks and be at the forefront of techno-stage. This season we go one step further, transforming our technology capsule into a infinity room, where the customer experience have no limits."
For its part, Paco Roncero explains that they haveun completely revamped menu and adapted to formats as innovative as the new “kaleido-dish", a unique support created to enjoy the beauty of a gastronomic composition from the first to the last spoonful, something non-existent to date that I am convinced will continue to create a trend".
Another novelty this season will be the opportunity to eat in the metaverse, enjoy real haute cuisine within a virtual universe, a unique experience that the Sublimotion creative team has been developing for six years.
Also launching an exciting collaboration this year with Spanish artist Antonyo Marest, an international reference in urban art with works present throughout the world and which has been exhibited in the most prestigious art galleries.
Sublimotion was born in 2014 within the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and has become the maximum exponent of the gastro-sensory avant-garde, creating unique immersive experiences worldwide.
