This is the case of two of the restaurants of the Atzaró family, the Atzaró Beach in Cala Nova and Eggplant, located between Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel, which return to open its doors as of Thursday 1 of March of 2018.

Located in Cala Nova, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Atzaró Beach invites you to enjoy spectacular views while you savor the most exquisite mediterranean cuisine. Seafood, fish, rice dishes, salads and incredible pasta while you contemplate the blue of the sea. The coquettish rural restaurant Aubergine by Atzaró offers you a meal full of rustic charm in the purest Ibizan style. With a Mediterranean menu and very natural Featuring local ingredients, in many cases from the restaurant's own garden, this place is perfect for you to enjoy a country setting full of style.
