Can Ventosa hosts the 8ª gala of the Onda Cero Awards on Thursday 28 of March 2019 with awards to 15 personalities and entities of Ibiza
The station Onda Cero celebrates the eighth edition of its Onda Cero Awards in the cultural center of Can Ventosa el Thursday 28 of April of 2019 from the 20 hours.
A gala that recognizes the effort and dedication of companies, entities and individuals of the Pitiusas that during the previous year they had a relevant role in the social reality of our islands.
Among the winners of this edition are the Association of Relatives of the Alzheimer's Disease of Eivissa and Formentera (AFAEF) in the category of solidarity, Eivissa Jazz Festival in music, and the Forn Can Noguera, in the business field.
Magdalena Valverde, child psychiatrist, receives the award in Health, Phoenician Punic Archeology Days organized by the Puig des Molins Museum of Science and Research, and the Alliance for Water the one of Environment.
In communication the 125 years of the Diary of Ibiza, the Culture is for the cycle Anem al Cine and Tourism for the Hotel Ses Figueres. The prize of the Arts goes to the Ibizan painter Marta Torres, the Education for the project "The radio to school", the Economy is for the group LEADER for the development of the rural and fishing sector pitiuso, and the one of Corporate Social Responsibility is for Balearia Foundation. The Honor Prize is for the Chamber of Commerce of Ibiza and Formentera.
The gala will be presented by the journalists of Onda Cero Inma Saranova and Javier Ruíz Taboada. To enliven it, it will also have performances by the monologist Quique Matilla, Dance School Davinia Van Praag and the singer Chris Martos.
