The auditorium of the cultural center of Can Ventosa welcomes the traditional Christmas Concert of the Symphonic Band and the Ibiza Town Choir.
The appointment is celebrated on December 17 Saturday of 2022 at 19 hours.
Under direction of Miguel San Miguel and accompanied by the pianist Pablo Garcia Ortiz (with a piano donated by the Pro-Música de las Pitiusas association), the Ibiza City Choir he will perform a series of traditional Christmas carols such as “Oh Sanctissima”, arranged by LW Beethoven; "Oh Holy Night" by Adolphe Adam; "White Christmas", by Irving Berlin; “Bell on Bell”, by A. Pérez-Moya; “Chiquirriquitín”, by Oriol Martí; “Christmas Commercial Suite” by J.Bernardo Álvarez and “Jingle Bell Rock”, by Bobby Helms.
With regards to Symphonic Band Ibiza Town, will also offer a very Christmassy repertoire, with works such as “Vicente 'El Duque'”, pasodoble by M.Ramón Mas; “River of life”, by S. Reinecke; “A Celtic Music Christmas”, by J.Hosay; and “A Christmas Festival” and “Sandpaper ballet”, by L.Andreson.
