Dreams of liberty, festival of singer-songwriters that already allowed us to enjoy the past year of great concerts in an intimate format of some of the most interesting musicians on the national scene, this 2016 returns to be celebrated with a second edition that bets strong.
The appointment doubles his bet and this year there will be two sessions, the Friday April 22 from the 20 hours in the Cine Regio de San Antonio, an intimate, privileged and full of charm location in which the festival took place last year, and Saturday, April 23 from the 14 hours in the immense Exhibition Center of Ibiza, also accommodating another type of offer this year with areas of gastronomy, art exhibitions, flea markets, crafts, street art and even a area for the little ones.
Sueños de Libertad therefore opens with the three incredible acoustic concerts on viernes 22 of artists as recognized as M Clan, Zahara and Carmen Boza.
El Saturday 23 the offer of concerts almost takes breathless, with some of the most interesting bands of the local and national scene are present in the cartelazo that we have been scheduled for this day and that includes Quique González, who will act alongside his band The detectives for the first time on the island presenting "Kill me if you need me", his last work.
The duo will also be Fuel Fandango, formed by the producer Alejandro Acosta and the singer Nita Manjón who release their album “Dawn" a few days before the festival, the super band Leon Benavente, integrated by the musicians of Nacho Vegas that were all a revelation in the indie scene of a couple of years ago and that will also present their latest work "Leon Benavente 2", the austere and full of quality of the vallisoletano trio Arizona Baby, who has already performed in Ibiza and the lysergic and very personal https://welcometoibiza.com/wp-content/uploads/menores-gratis-bus-ibiza-welcometoibiza-5.jpg Stanich, whom we could already enjoy in the edition of Sueños de Libertad last year.
In addition, there will also be a selection of some of the most interesting Ibizan groups of the moment, such as The Frigolos, Stone Corners and one of the revelations of 2015, Ryser & The Lemons.
Regarding the artistic section, the event will feature works by photographers such as Andrés Iglesias or Jordi Gómez, of the Italian artist Vittoria Drago, the musician and illustrator Carlos Sadness, and of talented artists based in the island like Boke, Jesús de Miguel, Aida Miró or Marcos Torres, among others. Bokestyle, Aida Miró, Mondobiq, Nerea Senserrich and Javierens will also offer a show of Live painting.
In the zone of gastronomy there will be offer for all tastes, with participation of emblematic restaurants of the island as Can Jordi, Can Xicu, Can Tixedo, Rita's Cantina, Blue Lotus Sushi Lab or La Cava.
