The escolares of the municipality of Ibiza they have made 1.300 solidarity postcards to congratulate the Christmas holidays to people residing in residences, they find each other hospitalized or people who will spend the holidays in loneliness.
A beautiful initiative that is part of the program of Christmas parties in Ibiza 2020 that seeks to transmit joy and encouragement to those who may be experiencing the worst at this time.
The cards have a Christmas drawing on one side and, on the other, beautiful words written by the children of the municipality.
Santa Claus and his page are visiting the 10 educational centers that participate in the initiative: Portal Nou, Sa Blancadona, Sa Bodega, Sa Consolació, Sa Graduada, Sa Joveria, Can Cantó, Mestral, Poeta Villangòmez and Cas Serres. Next week they will be distributed to their recipients.
Carmen boned, Councilor for Education and Social Welfare, has summarized: "We believe it is a good initiative so that this year has been a very special year and so will Christmas. There will be many people who will not be able to get together with their children, and we think that this drawing, made with great enthusiasm by the boys and girls from first to fourth grade, will be well received ”.
