The San José City Council, the Ibiza Council and the Balearic Government Health Department organize a mass screening in San José, the last of those carried out in the municipalities of Ibiza, given the worrying spread of Covid-19 on the island.
The appointment is from Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 of February of 2021 in the sports center of Can Guerxo.
To organize the screening, the municipality has been divided into two zones.
La 1 Zone includes the entire northern part, with coves of Poniente from Cala d'Hort, the zone of Saint Augustine, the area of Cala de Bou, San José and Benimussa. Its inhabitants can attend screening on days February 4 and 6, 2021.
La 2 Zone Goes from Es Cubells to the surroundings of Ibiza town, including residents from Can Pep Xica until Pla de Sant Jordi, the area of Playa d'en Bossa, Sant Francesc and the entire area of Salinas. Residents of this area can take the test on February 5 and 7, 2021.
The schedule is uninterrupted from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, Y de 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. the other three days.
In the mass screening of San José, all residents over 16 years old. Must bring the DNI. In addition, as in all previous screenings, in the queue, there will be priority to the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
In addition, a special bus service that will operate on a circular route with departure and destination in Cala de Bou and stops also in Saint Augustine and Saint Joseph to make it easier for residents to come and take the test. The first bus leaves at 9 am from Avenida de Cala de Bou, and there is one every hour and a half approximately.
