The Ibiza multiplexes reopen its doors, after a period of about five months in which they have been closed due to the coronavirus crisis, the Wednesday August 26 2020.
The rooms have had to adapt to the current situation to comply with all current security and protection measures to the public. Therefore, it will bet even more on the sale of online tickets with pre-assigned seats, although there will also be sale at the box office.
The queues to buy tickets and to enter or exit the room will maintain the distances of 1 meters and there will be hydroalcoholic gel in entrances, rooms and bathrooms. Fewer passes will also be made to be able disinfect the rooms between screenings, and there will be a free seat between individual attendees or groups, who can sit together.
So that we can all enjoy the premieres and avoid capacity problems, there will be copies in several rooms at the same time, with different schedules.
All these measures have already been followed in the Ocimax cinemas in Palma and they have worked very well.
For the reopening, those in charge of Multicines Ibiza have programmed, among other films, the thriller “Tenet", By Christopher Nolan, and the comedy"Father there is only one 2“By Santiago Segura.
Theaters have been closed since March 14, 2020.
