Etxeko Ibiza, the restaurant of Martín Berasategui which is located in the glamorous BLESS Hotel Ibiza, reopens its doors for this 2023 season, after have received their first estrella Michelin.
The restaurant, led by the chef paco budia and who proposes a reinterpretation of Basque gastronomy and the most characteristic flavors of Berasategui's cuisine, but also giving prominence to the island products, opens its doors from Friday April 28, 2023.
Located in front of the beautiful Cala Nova, Etxeko by Martín Berasategui once again offers its exquisite tasting menu, which this summer comes with news such as 'El Clásico', sparkling chilli pepper, served from Ibiza marinated with cucumber and watercress mayonnaise or 'Freshness', frozen celery with iced brandy, carrot and beetroot and fruit compote. They also become essential in Berasategui's cuisine such as the 'Liquid ham omelette' wave 'Etxeko salad'.
A whole gastronomic experience with stunning views of the turquoise waters of Cala Nova and that fits perfectly with the proposal of hedonistic luxury so unique from BLESS Hotel Ibiza.
