Center Pilates Studio Ibiza located in Santa Gertrudis organizes a Open Day so that you can get closer to knowing them and get started in the practice of Pilates.
The appointment is the Saturday 2 of February of 2019 in the morning, from the 10 up to 14 hours.
The morning will begin with a brief explanation about the benefits What does the pilates in charge of Belén Pombo, professor and owner of Pilates Estudio.
Next, the physiotherapist Silvia Sieber, assigned to the center, will count from a clinical point of view how the Pilates can help reduce chronic pathological pain such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, sclerosis, herniated disc, bursitis….
And there will also be three free classes with machines so you can try the method, with a maximum of 4 students per hour. The following classes will be:
-11 hours: Back pain (Pre - Basic) with Belén Pombo
-12 hours: Basic Pilates with Jorge Campos
-13 hours: Pilates Intermediate with Jorgelina Bianchi
