You will hardly find a better plan to start the Sunday April 9 that this one that we bring you now: an incredible outdoor yoga session that will awaken your body and mind, a class dynamic, energetic and powerful en Can Font, a beautiful villa near San Rafael City, surrounded by countryside and wonderful silence.
The practice will be in the garden by the pool, with views of palm trees and olive trees, and after class you can bathe in the pool and enjoy the spring sun, What more could you want?!
The session will be guided by Ianire Casasnovasinstructor Power Yoga, and Laura Ruizinstructor Vinyasa Yoga and it will be done in principle en español (although also in English if anyone needs it).
The price is only $12, which include the complete session of 2 hours, with pranayama, asana, and relaxation with bowls and meditation. Nor do you need to bring a mat, because they will have plenty. If you want to round off this pleasant morning, you can give yourself a good back and cranial massage with Belén Méndez for only 15 euros (20 minutes).
