Everything ready for the XXXIX Pujada to the Cathedral of Ibiza

As every year, the Ibiza Town Council organizes the last race of the year on the island: the classic one Pujada to the Cathedral, which celebrates its XXXIX edition el 31 December 2021 Friday. The race pays tribute to the sports promoter edward fioravanti.

A way to say goodbye to the year in a very active way with this great popular race with which you can go to New Year's Eve dinner with a clear conscience.

The test starts from the Platforms of the Port of Ibiza (It's Martell) at 16: 30 hours and go up to the Cathedral of Ibiza, at the top of Dalt Vila.

As every year, there will be different categories, from sub12 to veterans over 60 years, in addition to a special category for participants of ADIF and another for those who run disguised, something that has become a tradition and one of the reasons that make this race such a picturesque sporting event.

Registration this year costs 2 euros, which are contributed as a donation to the association APIES (Pitiusa Association for Educational and Social Incursion).

The registration can be done until the 30 of December of 2021 on the web of elitechip.net.

The Dorsal should be pick up at the Municipal Sports Board (Can Misses pool) on December 30 from 11 a.m. to 13 p.m. and from 17:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m. This year, you will have to contribute COVID declaration when picking up your bib or have sent it by email, otherwise, they will not give it to you.

There will be trophies for the first 3 classified of each category and the first 3 of the general, in addition to the classic lottery of Christmas lots between all the participants.
