The Holistic Butterfly Center Aeroyoga in Ibiza city organizes a workshop of conscious gymnastics and perception on the move with Álika
The center of therapies and yoga Holistic Butterfly Aeroyoga, in Ibiza city, proposes you activate your body with an interesting Workshop of conscious gymnastics and perception in movement imparted by Álika.
The workshop will focus on the Postural correction and the expression of your body in motion, delving into the capacity of transmit, through it, feelings and creativity. The aim is for you to acquire a proper technical apprenticeship and better your health for this purpose, a kind of meditation in motion at three levels: physical, mental and energetic, working from the deep muscles and the activation of the pulse centers (pelvic girdle and shoulder girdle).
For this you will have the guide of Álika, internationally recognized teacher, dancer and choreographer, Diploma in Physical Education from the University of Jaén and Specialist in Expression and Movement from the Schinca Institute and the Juan Carlos I University.
The workshop is Saturday 14 of October 2017 in two sessions, to the 11 hours or 18 hours, and is aimed at both people who are professionally engaged in dance and who simply enjoy and have fun with it. The price of the workshop are $25.
