XI Popular Race Eivissa World Heritage Site

The XI Popular Race Eivissa World Heritage Site is held this Saturday, December 4, 2021 with the presence of national and international athletes

This Saturday December 4th 2021 will occur XI Popular Race Eivissa World Heritage Site.

This year, the appointment coincides with the day on which the declaration of Ibiza as a World Heritage Site, with which it has a special meaning.

La race will depart from the port of Ibiza and will walk the main streets of the city.

El Saturday at 16.30 hours will start child and youth tests and at 17 hours the 10k for the rest.

At 18.15 pm the prizes will be delivered.

Athletes such as Kevin López, Olympian in 800 meters in London and Rio, or Merhawi Mebrahtu, classified in the U20 World Championship in 3000 meters hurdles and fifth in 5000 meters in Nairobi 2021, will participate in the race.

Jesús Gómez, champion of Spain in 1500 meters or Rober Aláiz, international in 3000 meters of obstacles, have also signed up for this event.

As for the women, the Olympian in Rio de Jaineiro Azucena Díaz and Lucía Rodríguez, Olympian in Tokyo, will be present at the event. Sebah Estimar, finalist in the U20 World Championship in the 1500 meter test in Nairobi 2021, Beatriz Álvarez and Clara Viñarás, both 5000 meter and cross runners, will also participate.

El Friday at 18 hours will be presented to the athletes and the Saturday at 11 there will be a discussion with them.
