The Espai Salut of the CIE organizes sessions of Group Meditation every Friday afternoon, paid by voluntary contribution
La Cooperativa Integral de Eivissa (CIE), created to promote on the island a system of self-management and favor local development through activities based on ecology and consciousness, organizes sessions of Group Meditation.
The activity is located within the Espai Salut with which the CIE has at its headquarters San Antonio and all the Friday in the afternoon, from 19 to 20 hours.
Come to share the silence in a group and feel accompanied in your search for personal improvement. You can participate whether you have meditated before or if it is your first time. It is also recommended that you bring a blanket and / or cushion to be more comfortable.
It is requested puntuality, since once the meditation is started they will not let you enter so as not to break the dynamics.
