The decrease in the incidence of cases in Ibiza makes the island go to Level 2 of health alert as of Saturday, April 10.
Although most restrictions change, those established for restaurants do not, which will remain with the same limitations for at least two more weeks.
FROM APRIL 1:
-It is recommended to go out alone to go to work, to school, to the medical center, or for other essential reasons.
-Curfew from 22 to 6 hours. It is recommended to be at home from 20:XNUMX p.m.
-Bars and restaurants may open their terraces at 50% of their capacity. They must close at 17:XNUMX p.m. and the tables may have a maximum of four people from two coexistence nuclei.
They can serve food at home until 24 hours and open for pick-up at the door until 22.
-The practice of outdoor sport is limited to 10 people, always without contact. Including excursions.
-I knowcultural shows go to 50% capacity, as long as the audience is seated.
-Commerce and large stores at 75% of their capacity.
-In cinemas you can eat and drink if your audience is reduced to 40%.
-Places of worship with a maximum of 50% of its capacity.
-In the congresses there may be a maximum of 100 participants outdoors and 75 indoors.
-All the shops must close at 20 hours, except gas stations, grocery stores or essential products and hairdressers.
-Buses with limited capacity. People at risk are advised not to use public transport.
-Beaches and parks open from 7 am to 21 pm.
-Visits to social health centers can always be carried out under the supervision of the center's staff. The restriction of one person is lifted one hour a day.
-The Gyms will be able to teach low intensity classes inside with up to 10 people and with 6 if they are high intensity. Mask must be worn.
-In state-level sports competitions, the public is allowed in 50% of its capacity. 200 attendees in indoor facilities and 400 outdoors.
-Excursions of 10 people in the open air. With mask.
-10 people are allowed in the dance academies.
FROM APRIL 12:
-The perimeter closure imposed at Easter is lifted.
-The social and family gatherings may be carried out with a maximum of six personas (two nuclei of coexistence).
FINES AND PENALTIES:
-The fine for not wearing a mask is 100 euros.
-Meetings with non-partners can carry serious fines, between 3.001 and 60.000 euros. There are exceptions to this rule, however: People who live alone can join another family unit. Minors can also meet with their parents, in the case of separated parents, and couples who live in different houses can also meet. Caregivers of minors, elderly or dependent, disabled or especially vulnerable are also exempt from this restriction.
-Fringements such as failing to comply with the gauges or not offering information on schedules, social distance, masks, etc., by businesses, may entail fines considered serious, from between 3.001 and 60.000 euros.
-They are considered very serious offenses organize, market or participate in meetings, parties or events with crowds or that very widely exceed the capacity limits, with fines of between 60.001 and 600.000 euros.
