David has spent a decade studying the possibilities offered by local grape varieties in order to create sophisticated, surprising and balanced wines.
The objective of Ibizkus Wines is to make a high quality wine, preserving the variety and identity of the local grapes: monastrell and malvasía. These two varieties represent the 90% of the production of the winery. As well harvest chardonnay, macabeo, muscat, syrah and other varieties, although in smaller amount.
