Oscar and Emmanuel have come together in this project with the intention of making you discover new flavors. The three partners are chefs with years of experience in kitchens, with what they know perfectly this sector.
For this reason, they have created a menu full of Mediterranean recipes with fusion touches in which the protagonist is always the local product. It is a market kitchen, with seasonal ingredients, in which they use a charcoal oven with which they work at low temperature. Hence the name of the place.
The 60º Gastrobar menu invites you to spend a relaxed moment sharing dishes with friends, family or as a couple. In it you won't get lost among endless recipes, but you will be able to decide between a few proposals that make sense and are well prepared.
