There are few restaurants with a trajectory as long as that of Can Cosmi, in Santa Eulalia. This mythical restaurant became a bar cafeteria over 1940; however, their owners already ran a hotel with the same name in the area.
It was after the war when the grandparents of the current owners returned to the island and decided to open a restaurant that, today, is known in Ibiza for its Mediterranean cuisine, Ibizan and for its tapas.
In Can Cosmi you will find three different atmospheres, each of them special by itself. his terrace is the perfect place to sit and take one of your Rich breakfasts. From it you will be able to see everything that happens in the center of the town, since it is right in what can be considered its most beautiful walk: that of s'Alamera. In summer, tourists and locals flock to their tables to enjoy the atmosphere of one of the quietest areas of the entire island. Natural juices, coffees, toasts, pastries ... Everything you need to start the day on the right foot!
For its part, its saloon invites you to enjoy your letter without haste. Ask for it and get ready to choose from a good number of dishes. They elaborate tasty grilled meats, salads, fish or paellas. Try them on your daily menu: salad or mussels a la marinara, mixed paella and dessert for 17'95 euros! You can order it every day at noon or at night. The Sundays accompany that same menu with live music for only 19 euros.
And speaking of menus, you should know that in Can Cosmi the options are very varied: Monday through Friday at noon they serve first, second and dessert for only 11,95 euros. You can also ask, daily and both for lunch and dinner, el bullit de peix menu: seafood rice and bullit for 28'95 euros or the grill menu with Orchard salad and Ibicenco fish grill for the same price. If you are more of meat, yours is the menu with barbecue and house salad by 22 euros and, to try something typical 100%, the rice of slaughter more fried pork for only 19'95 euros.
Finally, if you want to try your rich tapas, that have been making for more than 25 years, we recommend the tasting menu for two people: six tapas assorted for 29 euros.
The atmosphere here is very pleasant since they like to take care of their customers. Until the month of April, for example, they participate in the different gastronomic that are celebrated and, in addition, they serve the famous cane with a skewer for 2'20 euros.
If you want to give it a touch more intimate to your food or dinner you must know that they have another room right at the top. Completely renovated, it has some incredible views of the promenade that will make your evening a very special moment. You can also ask that you book if you have any important event to celebrate. They themselves will be responsible for preparing it for you and yours to have a great time. It is the ideal place to celebrate company meals, anniversaries or bridal showers for example, and another of its points in its favor is that it has a great bar where you can prepare cocktails and mixed drinks.
